A few years ago when somebody stumbled upon an unknown phone number he didn't really have much to do about it. It was almost impossible to find some more details regarding certain phone number. The situation was far different when you knew somebody's name and wanted to obtain his number. Then you just opened a White Pages directory and found the name in alphabetical order.
